I finally finished this jacket [original]. It was 60 bucks and luckily the ‘M’ patch came off easily. I found a ‘C’ patch on eBay but to get it in that size with the chenille [fuzzy stuff] would’ve been about $20 average…Yeah, no.
The patch finally got here a week later and I used the old one for its chenille and sewed it to the new one then ironed it on. Don’t be discouraged if you want to buy something but it’s a little too big or doesn’t have the customization you want. Investing in your purchases saves a ton of money in the long run, especially tailoring old jeans and t-shirts or making something new out of the old.
Lanvin for H&M
I wanted those shoes from that collection but H&M never goes past mens 11.5 and suit size 44R [I wear size 13 shoes and 46L blazers]. They just need a couple sizes more to accomodate the freakishly and awkwardly tall somewhat satorialists on a budget
So I got this really awesome backpack a couple weeks ago. It’s from H&M and it’s pretty sturdy. I needed something different and smaller to carry, especially in the heatstroke Chicago summers ahead. It was only 35 bucks so it’s definitely affordable compared to a lot of bags and backpacks of the canvas/leather variety.
